WHAT WE OFFER

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

These classes are for people of all ages and ability levels. Every class has a certified instructor ready to coach you through each part of the workout. The movements we focus on are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. All movements can be scaled to aid any injury or inability you may have.

24/7 GYM ACCESS

Our 24/7 Gym has all the equipment you need to get the job done. We have an array of cardio machines, free weights, squat racks and weight machines. The 24/7 gym membership is a great option if you are someone who follows their own workout plan, work odd hours, or just enjoys a sweaty session alone. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Here at Keys Strength & Conditioning we have a variety of personal trainers that are all certified in the field. Focusing on personal training can help give you a more personalized workout geared towards your specific goals. 

KIDDY FIT  - COMING SOON!

Kiddy fit is our functional fitness class for kiddos, ages range from 8-13. In these classes we teach kids the foundational movements like squat, hip hinge, push, pull, etc. As well as some fun teach building drills and fun games at the end!
